Just 4 blocks from the beach and town, with views of monkey mountain, the ocean and jungle, a large pool and sundeck, this vacation property is ideal for families, friends and special occasion getaways (think special birthdays (30, 40, 50th ), wedding parties, girls vacation, guys week etc.

Our open floor plans and 1, 2, or 3 bedroom options make it an ideal Villa for people who want to vacation together but still enjoy their own space and privacy. Traveling alone, no worries, the casa feels like a home away from home with a hospitable property owner.

*Casa Terramar-2 bedroom, 2 bath
*Casita de Alberca-1 bedroom, 1 bath
All feature either a jungle, mountain or ocean views.

About our units All of our kitchen/kitchenettes come fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters etc. All of our units have Garafones for drinking and cooking water.  Bacteriacida is provided as well for washing fresh fruit and vegetables. Housekeeping service is provided once per week.  Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.      Free secure wireless internet service is available throughout the property. Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers are available for guests to use as well. Location of house

We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village (about 4 blocks). We are at the end of a cul de sac off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the beach and the northern surf break. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic feeling to the neighborhood.  The villa features a large pool, sundeck and barbecue area with gas grill.  Relaxing here promises a perfect ending to your day at the beach.

Our units rent weekly, normally from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to accommodate alternate dates based on availability.
