Inviting, beautiful, relaxing and fun…this is Villa CasaTerramar, the house of land and sea.

Close to everything and yet a world away, nestled at the end of a cul de sac, just 4 blocks from the beach and the charming village of Sayulita, with views of the Ocean, Monkey mountain and jungle, make this a perfect Sayulita getaway for family, friends and special occasions (think birthdays 30, 40, 50th, wedding parties, girls vacation, guys week etc.)

Our 1, 2 or 3 bedroom options make it an ideal Villa for people who want to vacation together but still enjoy their own space and privacy. Traveling alone, no worries, the Villa feels like a home away from home with a hospitable host.

The villa houses 2 units; Casa Terramar and Casita de Alberca which can be rented together or separately. The villa features a beautiful large pool, sundeck and gas grill area surrounded by lush tropical garden. Many guests spend a least one day during their visit just enjoying the pool and tranquility of the Villa.

Join us for our traditional Margarita Thursday’s on the pool deck, meet some neighbors and dive into Sayulita life!

About our units

All of our kitchen/kitchenettes come fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters etc.

All of our units have Garafones for drinking and cooking water. Bacteriacida is provided as well for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.

Housekeeping service is provided once per week. Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.

Free secure wireless internet service is available throughout the property.

Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers are available for guests to use as well.

Location of house

We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village (about 4 blocks). We are at the end of a cul de sac off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the beach and the northern surf break. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic feeling to the neighborhood.

Our units rent weekly, normally from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to accommodate alternate dates based on availability.

Villa Casa Terramar is very family friendly, however please be aware that like many Villas in Sayulita there are steep drop offs, open balconies, open pool areas and therefore toddlers and small children would require special attention.

Sayulita is my home, I truly enjoy sharing the magic and all it has to offer.
